Rejected by the Lycan I Saved
Synopsis of Rejected by the Lycan I Saved
Chapter 1
The day Damon Silva underwent his second transformation, rogue werewolves attacked the pack's territory. I risked my life to protect the ritual circle, saving both the pack and him.
That day, dozens of pack members perished, and Monroe, his most favored packmate, died in my arms.
I thought he would be devastated.
But when he returned, he simply said, “You’re injured. Come back with me.”
Afterward, he tended to my wounds daily and even promised me the position of his Luna.
It wasn’t until the night I was supposed to give birth that I realized his so-called care was actually poisoning me.
He then cut open my stomach, severed the umbilical cord, and crushed the fully formed pup.
“If you hadn’t been so useless back then, Monroe wouldn’t have died for me,” he said coldly.
He crushed my throat, and his Lycan fire consumed the pup’s remains.
In this life, I decided to fulfill his wish and protect Monroe.
But when he learned the truth, the once-proud Lycan Prince descended into madness.

“Report!”
Blake Ross, the pack’s messenger, rushed into the grand hall, panic written across their face.
“Rogue werewolves are attacking! The perimeter defenses are failing! Please, Alpha King, send Damon to deal with them!”
The hall fell silent.
Taylor Bell, the Alpha King, furrowed his brow. “Today is Damon’s second transformation. He cannot be disturbed.”
Someone glanced at me, their expression hesitant.
I kept my gaze down, my claws digging into my palms.
This was exactly how it happened in my past life.
Back then, the Alpha King was still recovering from a previous battle, and I was the strongest warrior left in the pack.
To protect Damon and the pack, I volunteered to lead the defense.
But Monroe, Damon’s cherished packmate, begged to join me, even though she was far from ready for combat.
I refused, knowing she would only be a liability.
She accused me of trying to steal her chance to prove herself, of being selfish.
Later, she recklessly broke into the battle zone, triggering a chain reaction that caused the rogue werewolves to overwhelm us. Over a dozen warriors died because of her.
Yet, she became the only “sacrifice” Damon mourned, while the others were forgotten.
This time, I wouldn’t make the same mistake.
“Alpha King,” I stepped forward, “I volunteer to lead the defense.”
Taylor hesitated. “Arya, you’ve only just recovered from your last battle. Your inner wolf—”
“I’ll manage,” I interrupted, bowing slightly before turning to leave.
“Arya, wait! I’m coming too!” Monroe rushed forward, her eyes gleaming with determination, though the corner of her lips curled with satisfaction.
I looked at her, my expression cold. “You’re staying.”
With a wave of my hand, I cast a barrier, trapping her in the hall.
She pounded against the barrier, her voice filled with indignation. “Why are you being so cruel? Just because Damon favors me, you’re trying to take this opportunity from me!”
Whispers erupted in the hall.
“Monroe has always been
