Pregnancy Deception
Synopsis of Pregnancy Deception
Chapter 1
After my wife had a miscarriage, the doctor said she could never have children again. She cried and told me to find another woman and to forget about her.
I held her in my arms and told her I didn't care about having any children. However, I was smiling when she wasn't looking.
The abortion remedy I bought in the countryside had worked much faster than I expected.
After all, that child wasn't mine to begin with.
A Surprise
After my wife got pregnant, she became unusually affectionate toward me, but I resisted doing the deed with her. However, I didn't expect to catch her cheating on me with another man during a prenatal checkup. Later, under the pretense of a business trip, I saw her walk into a hotel with a man whom I knew all too well.
My name is Shawn Carter, and I worked as a mid-level manager at a construction company. Things had been going smoothly for me at headquarters, but my boss had just informed me that I would be sent to an overseas project site with no set return date and would be leaving in a month.
At that moment, I had mixed emotions since who knew how long I would be away. Plus, the conditions would surely be tough since the foreign project had just begun. Although I could handle the hardship, I couldn't bear the thought of my wife, Vicky, suffering with me.
Just the thought of her warmed my heart.
Vicky and I met through a blind date and had been married for ten years. Our relationship grew stronger as we were compatible with each other, especially when in bed. However, it was a pity we hadn't had any children yet. This was a problem for us, especially Vicky.
Before the meeting ended, I noticed my phone was vibrating. It was a call from my wife.
She usually wouldn't contact me during work hours, so I assumed something must be up. Thus, I apologized to my boss and stepped outside to take the call.
"Darling, can you come home early tonight?" Vicky's sweet voice came through the phone, making my desire surge up.
I cleared my throat awkwardly and said, "Sure. Did something happen?"
Vicky didn't say anything and just told me that she had a surprise for me.
Then, I spent the rest of the day distracted, trying to figure out how to tell her about my business trip. Although the company said I could take her with me, I didn't want her to suffer with me.
After all, she was too delicate.
As I thought about that, I couldn't help but recall how she would always whimper in pain whenever I got a little too rough with her. At the same time, the idea of leaving Vicky at home alone didn't sit well with me since she was too much of a beauty to be left unattended.
Plus, I bet someone had already set their eyes on her.
