Myla walked barefoot down the wide hallway, silk robe tied loosely at her waist. In the middle of the large pool, there was an artificial island where, like, four adults could stretch out and comfortably do whatever they wanted to do. And she and her husband, Hayden, had done a lot of "whatever" on that place.

 As she cautiously entered the pool area, stopping behind some potted trees and flowers in the shadows, she frowned as she noticed two shorts lying at the edge of the pool, but there was nobody else.

Suddenly, two sleek male heads broke through the surface of the water, facing the opposite direction. Myla smiled, relaxing as she recognized the back tattoos of her husband's two best friends, Beck Garner and Jared Lotto.
