Alpha's Revengeful Mate

In the middle of the night, a light flickered on in the dim office building, and a youthful person sat in front of the computer, sometimes hitting the keyboard swiftly and occasionally reading the dictionary from the keyboard.

This is her first job after graduating from college. She is required to work extra on her first day. Eva speculates that this may be a test to see how serious she is about her career. She exhaled a sigh of relief as she put the weighty dictionary away and realized she had completed the translation. Her immediate supervisor informed her that this was a critical piece of information that will be utilized by the President the following day.

Once the document has been translated, it should be sent straight to the president's assistant desk on the second level.

Eva couldn't stop herself from mumbling as she rode the elevator to the second story, where she discovered that the presidents of other companies resided on the top floor.

Is it because their leaders are too elderly to be adaptable?

Or maybe he has an elevator phobia? As the elevator doors open, the light in the hallway illuminates, and at the end of the corridor is the president's office.

When She arrived, She discovered that the door was open and that it was pitch black inside. She couldn't tell whether anybody was there since She couldn't see them. Forget about it; just place the papers on the assistant desk, regardless of whether or not someone is in the president's office!

Just as her folder was about to make contact with the desktop, a deep and heavy voice from the president's office called out, "bring it in." Eva was so terrified that her blood coagulated in an instant, and even her scream became caught in her throat because of the fear she felt. Almost a minute passed before she inquired automatically in the direction of her own voice, "What are you doing?"

"Who is it, exactly? Who is it that's in there?"

"You are the first person to ask my identity! Keep in mind that my name is Ervin Black."

The guy inside spoke once more, and his tone indicated that he was displeased. Ervin Black! Despite the fact that it is her first day on the job, she already knows the name of the president of this international corporation!

"Mr. Black! Sorry for calling so late,  I'm going to put the paper down and walk away. I'm not going to bother you." While she bowed and apologized, delicately placed the folder on the floor, and expressed her desire to go, the guy inside wasn't about to let her go so easy. "Bring it in with you! Is it necessary for me to tell it a third time?"

The deep voice pierced through the darkness and awed all who heard it.
