Sienna’s POV
[9:41 a.m.]
Backstage hallway smells like panic and stale coffee. Security guards swarm, radios crackling. Ethan stumbles offstage, tie crooked, face ghost-white. Zephyrine’s dragged away screaming, red dress ripping on a cable. I stand tall in my red blazer, deed folder in hand, mic still warm.
Ethan grabs my arm. “Sienna, stop this!”
I yank free. “You stopped it when you stole my land.”
Victor Grayson pushes through, phone glued to ear. “SEC’s freezing accounts! We’re done!”
Ethan rounds on him. “Fix it!”
“Can’t,” Victor snaps. “You took syndicate money. I’m out.”
He shoves past. Investors flood the hallway, phones out, flashes popping.
Remy (earpiece): “Livestream at three million. #CaldwellDown trending number one.”
I smile. “Keep rolling.”
[9:43 a.m.]
Green room door slams open. Ethan locks it behind us, eyes wild.
“Sign the post-nup,” he hisses. “Keep Mia 50/50. We fix this quiet.”
I laugh. “I already won custody.”
He freezes. “What?”
Talia Monroe steps in, court papers in hand. “Secret kid testified. Six-year-old boy. DNA match. Judge ruled Ethan unfit.”
Ethan lunges. “You bitch…..”
Security bursts in, pins him. “Hands off, sir.”
I hold up the order. “100% mine. You’re done.”
[9:46 a.m.]
Lysander joins, suit perfect. “Varnell-Holt press release live. ‘Sienna Varnell reclaims legacy.’”
Julian follows, mic to press outside the door. “Caldwell Biotech took dirty money. SEC’s here.”
Reporters shout. “Sienna! Statement?”
I step to the door. “Plot 47-B is mine. Campus illegal. Divorce final. That’s all.”
Flashes blind. Ethan screams behind me. “This isn’t over!”
I turn. “It is for me.”
[9:49 a.m.]
Remy runs up, laptop under arm. “Slideshow’s viral. Deed scan everywhere.”
“Perfect.”
She grins. “Zephyrine’s in cuffs. Crying.”
“Good.”
[9:52 a.m.]
Hallway clears. Police lead Ethan out in zip-ties. He spots me.
“Sienna, please…..”
“Court in thirty days,” I say. “Bring a lawyer.”
He’s gone. Silence drops.
[9:55 a.m.]
Rooftop escape. Sun high, city sparkling. Quartet plays soft jazz. Mia runs into my arms, unicorn boots muddy.
“Mommy won!”
“Always for you, Captain.”
Clara the nanny smiles. “She watched the whole thing.”
I kiss Mia’s curls. “Superhero day.”
[10:03 a.m.]
Julian offers his hand. “Dance?”
I take it. “One song.”
We sway under the glass ceiling. Puget Sound glitters below.
“You okay?” he asks.
“Better than ever.”
He spins me. “CEO next?”
“Tomorrow.”
[10:07 a.m.]
Lysander toasts with champagne. “To the girl who burned the castle and built a better one.”
Glasses clink. Reporters swarm below, helicopters circle.
Remy films. “For the highlight reel.”
I laugh. “Send it to Ethan.”
[10:11 a.m.]
Phone buzzes — Ethan: “This isn’t over.”
I delete it. “It is for me.”
[10:15 a.m.]
Talia hands me new keys. “Varnell Enterprises HQ. Waterfront. Yours.”
I grip them. “First project?”
“Community clinic on Plot 47-B,” she says. “Your dad’s dream.”
Mia tugs my blazer. “Bunny office?”
“Whole floor,” I promise.
[10:19 a.m.]
Press scrum outside. Julian holds the mic. “Questions for Ms. Varnell?”
Hands shoot up. “Sienna! Next move?”
I step forward. “Rebuild. For Seattle. For my daughter.”
Flashes pop. I smile — real and genuine .
[10:23 a.m.]
Rooftop garden. Mia chases bubbles. I watch the skyline.
Julian beside me. “Partnership?”
“50/50,” I say. “And dinner.”
He grins. “Deal.”
[10:27 am .]
Lysander hands a sealed envelope. “Dad’s last note. Open when ready.”
I tuck it in my blazer. “Soon.”
[10:31 am .]
We leave the rooftop . Elevators hum down . City waits.
Remy whispers: “Vault mention in the note?”
“Maybe.”
She grins. “Next adventure.”
I nod. The war’s over. The legacy begins.
[Ethan in cuffs, empire frozen, Sienna CEO. Dad’s note hints at more — what’s in the note ?]
